Our teaching team includes a Qualified Teacher (QTS), award-nominated choreographer, Acrotrix-qualified, Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Science specialists, Fitness Instructors and Dance Movement Psychotherapy. Every class is underpinned by recognised coaching methods, progressive skill development and child-centred learning.
This unique combination means we don't simply teach routines. We develop strong, confident and technically capable young people through structured, evidence-informed coaching that places equal importance on safety, wellbeing and long-term progression.
While we are exceptionally inclusive and all staff have experience working with and supporting neurodiverse children - we are NOT AN SEN CENTRE - please consider this before signing your child up and feel free to discuss anything with us prior to your child attending. While we aim to remain as inclusive as possible - we cannot staff for additional and complex needs requiring more support in busy classes.
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, injuries can and do happen, particularly in higher-risk disciplines such as Acrobatics and Aerial Hoop. These activities are physically demanding and require strength, resilience, and commitment. They are not for the faint-hearted - progress takes hard work, perseverance, and a strong mindset. Please consider this before signing up to classes.
Both Acrobatics and Aerial Hoop can be classified as high-risk activities. While all of our classes are open to beginners, it is important to note that these disciplines are physically demanding. A basic ability to support and control one’s own body weight is advantageous and will support safe and effective progression. Our instructors are qualified through Acrotrix, Youth Strength & Conditioning, and qualified Gym Instructors.
Acrobatics and Aerial Hoop: no footwear required - train barefoot or with grip socks.
Ballet, Jazz and Lyrical: shoes are advisable - please speak to the team to discuss.
Street: clean indoor trainers are mandatory for these classes.
All other classes are barefoot or grip socks - please message and confirm prior to enrolling your child.
