All levels of ability are welcome; our staff are experienced with SEN, however we do not advertise as a SEN Centre. Please discuss prior, if your child has additional needs.
Footwear is not required, except for Ballet and Street (we do not offer pointe; trainers must be clean and dry). Barefoot or grip socks for all other classes.
Please ensure your child brings water, or a low sugar drink - do not bring pop!
Arriving more than 5-minutes late will result in refused entry and no refund - warm-ups are crucial, not optional.

You do not need to be an accountant to work out how much you can save when you register for direct debit and schedule your first payment to come out on the 1st of each month:
10 classes = £99
9 classes = £95
8 classes = £85
7 classes = £75
6 classes = £65
5 classes = £55
4 classes = £45
3 classes = £35
2 classes = £25
1 class = £12.25
*Classes based on per week; amount based on per month. PAYG is £5 per class; Direct Debit significantly reduces to as low as £3.21 per class.
You are only charged for 37-weeks of classes, which is split across 12-months to keep fees low - for changes or cancellations, we request 30-days notice.
T&Cs: this is based on a 12-month commitment, where you will have the option to leave at any time, simply by giving 30-days notice; missed classes through no fault of Crystal Academy will not be reimbursed. In the event that Crystal Academy is closed, for any reason, the class fees will be reimbursed (either as a deduction on your next payment, or manually via transfer). Should you miss a payment, you will have 7-days to clear this, or the direct debit option will be removed and you will return to our Pay As You Go system at £5 per class. Prepaid cards will no longer be sold or used in Crystal Academy, once the last few have been sold. We do not offer buy backs on prepaid cards.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
