Kirsty is the creative force behind our dancers' success, consistently producing World Champions and an impressive array of trophies in the studio. Beyond the collective achievements, her students boast a myriad of solo awards, proudly displayed in homes across the community.
A lifelong dancer, Kirsty began competing at the age of 3 and has excelled in numerous dance disciplines, securing countless County, National, and World titles.
Alongside her competitive success, she has pursued a diverse range of vocational qualifications, including:
- Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance and Theatre)
- Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences (Sports and Fitness Biomechanics)
- BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Sport (Physiology)
- Certificate in Fitness Instruction (Gym Instructor)
Under Kirsty’s leadership, Crystal Academy has enjoyed notable highlights, including appearances on ITV during the Saracens vs. Harlequins match, participating in numerous community events, and representing the UK at Disneyland Paris as part of their prestigious Performing Arts Program.
Her choreography has led dancers to Regional and National Championships, with several teams qualifying for the Team England World Finals and placing in the World Finals.
Kirsty holds full insurance, safeguarding certification, first aid training, an enhanced DBS, and is a registered chaperone.
With years of experience working with children of all abilities, both as a teacher and a teaching assistant, she combines her professional expertise with her role as a devoted mum.

Jase is a health and fitness enthusiast, passionate about embedding positivity in all areas of life; Jase also has the following qualifications:
- BA (Hons) Education with QTS
- Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Hatton Fitness Level 1 Instructor
- SEN Teaching Level 4 Advanced
His expertise in well-being, resilience, and mental health makes him an invaluable asset to both the staff and students alike.
In his role, Jase is dedicated to the ongoing development and upskilling of staff, ensuring that training is current and best practices are consistently maintained.
As a qualified teacher, he specialises in Physical Fitness and Education, Business Studies, and Computer Science, where he has also supported students with their GCSE and A-Level studies.
Jase’s unique combination of skills and experience ensures the highest standards are upheld across the Academy, fostering an environment of growth, support, and excellence.

Gemma is the heart of the Academy’s front desk and a trusted point of contact for parents and students alike. As our receptionist and PTFA lead, she’s the friendly face you’ll see at nearly every event, offering support and assistance.
In addition to her administrative duties, Gemma is an approved council chaperone, often working closely
Gemma is the heart of the Academy’s front desk and a trusted point of contact for parents and students alike. As our receptionist and PTFA lead, she’s the friendly face you’ll see at nearly every event, offering support and assistance.
In addition to her administrative duties, Gemma is an approved council chaperone, often working closely with Kirsty as her right-hand support. She is also studying towards her Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, contributing her time as a TA in various classes.
Gemma is a qualified assistant in Acrobatics through Acrotrix, where see will support Kirsty in her classes.
Her passion for Crystal Academy extends into marketing, where she helps capture memorable moments through photos and videos.
Gemma is also the first point of contact for any complaints or safeguarding concerns, ensuring the well-being of all our students with her role as a certified first aider.
