Kirsty has been an active competitor in multiple disciplines of dance since the age of 3 where, alongside her countless County, National and World Titles, she ensured her level of excellence was matched vocationally, where she has achieved:
- Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance and Theatre).
- Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences (Sports and Fitness Biomechanics).
- BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Sport (Physiology).
- Certificate in Fitness Instruction (Gym Instructor).
Through Kirsty, the Academy has featured on ITV through the Saracens Vs. Harlequins; supported countless community events; represented the UK in Disneyland, Paris having twice auditioned for, and been approved, for their prestigious Performing Arts program;
Kirsty has choreographed Regional and National Champions and has qualified for Team England World Finals.
Kirsty has full insurance, safeguarding certification, first aid, enhanced DBS and is a registered chaperone.
Working with children is something Kirsty has done for years; not just as a mum, but as a teaching assistant and teacher, working with children of all abilities.

Vastly experienced within education, well-being, resilience and mental health, Jase has qualifications in Psychology, Neurodiversity, Education, Fitness, and a Degree in Computer Science.

Jason plays a key role in the development and upskilling of staff members, ensuring regular training and best-practice is shared and maintained.
As a qualified teacher, Jase's expertise is in Physical Fitness and Education, Business Studies and Computer Science, where he has supported various members with their GCSEs and A-Levels.

Dance Mum Gem is our trusted receptionist, PTFA lead, first aider and ambassador. Gemma also supports in some classes as a TA.
You will see Gem at practically every event, as one of our approved council chaperones, where she will also support with marketing, by taking photos and videos.
