Crystal Academy Young Leaders Programme

Our Crystal Academy Young Leaders Programme combines practical leadership opportunities within the Academy alongside CMI-endorsed online leadership learning, helping young people build confidence, communication skills, resilience and emotional intelligence in a modern and engaging way.

Through a range of leadership modules focused on topics such as courage, teamwork, tolerance, honesty, self-esteem and positive influence, members are encouraged to become positive role models both within Crystal Academy and beyond.

The programme is supported by learning endorsed by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) - one of the UK’s leading professional organisations for leadership and management development - providing young people with access to meaningful, future-focused leadership education.

Young Leaders will continue developing their skills practically through:

✨ Demonstrating positive role model behaviours

Members who successfully engage with both the practical and learning elements of the programme can achieve the special Crystal Academy Distinction Award in Youth Leadership.
